The bigger idea is where this all leads. Zach's vision is an automated operator that tees up the answers before you even ask the question, so the machines handle the rational, repetitive lever-pulling and the humans get freed up for the stuff that actually wins: brand, taste, strategy and top of funnel. His hope is that automating the grind lets brands go and test new channels, do the fun and crazy things marketers got into this for, and open the top of funnel back up. Even, maybe, TV.
