The last time Justin Bausch was on Add To Cart, in May 2024, he was leading CRM at Ryderwear and we called the episode The Power of Personalisation and AI. Back then AI meant product recommendations and a bit of personalisation.
He's back as a founder, this time alongside his partner Felisha Mina, and the ground has shifted completely.
In a year, Justin has grown Style My Wall, a print-on-demand art business, to seven figures, going from one employee to 22. And he's built his own AI platform, using Claude Code, to run almost all of it.
In this episode, Justin and Felisha sit down with Nathan Bush to unpack how they did it.
We get into turning a Facebook Marketplace side hustle into a real business, why print on demand let him scale without holding stock, and the founder-led content that landed a licensing deal with Mattel. Then we get nerdy on the platform: how it runs his Meta and Google ads on autopilot based on product margin, scans his inventory, handles customer service through Gorgias, and rewrites shipping windows across Shopify and Klaviyo when dispatch blows out during a sale.
Justin also makes the case that most small businesses spending under a few grand a day don't need a paid media agency, and how their agency InHaus helps other founders do it themselves.
Brands and tools mentioned: Style My Wall, InHaus, Ryderwear, Mattel, Claude, Claude Code, Railway, Shopify, Klaviyo, MailChimp, Gorgias, Meta, Google, Xero

Most brands forget to market to mums, or flatten them into one stereotype.
