As an independent Australian eCommerce consultant, I specialise in driving transformation in ecommerce and omnichannel retail. With a strong focus on customer experience and extensive expertise across marketing, technology, and operations, I’m dedicated to helping you solve complex problems, develop effective strategies, and deliver innovative experiences.

I’ve partnered with a diverse range of clients, from ASX-listed retailers to founder-led startups. Notably, I led Super Retail Group’s ecommerce transformation, increasing online revenues from $4M to $140M. My consultancy experience spans respected Australian retailers and brands such as Michael Hill Jewellers, Pillow Talk, Nespresso, Stone & Wood, and Roses Only.

I am passionate about connecting with and contributing to the Australian ecommerce community. I run Australia’s leading podcast, Add To Cart, where I trade ideas with the best ecommerce minds every week. I also host industry events, contribute to industry publications such as Online Retailer, and collaborate with leading ecommerce partners like Shopify and TikTok.
