One that I’ve really enjoyed and have been evangelising about to alot of people is called Never Split The Difference by Chris Voss.  

It’s a fascinating story about understanding human behaviour and the psychology behind decision making and communication style

From a personal and professional point of view it’s really insightful about understanding how you can help people together move to a better place.
