I’ve been reading this consumer behaviour text book.  Buying, Having, Being by MIchael R Solomon.  It’s amazing, it’s a consumer psychology text book that you read in your first year of uni. 

There are so many key practices and so many takeaways that I feel I can apply, now that I’ve had sufficient practical experience.
